Welcome to the website of Crediton Parish Church, often known as the Church of the Holy Cross, a church with a history of at least 1100 years that seeks through its members to draw everyone into the love of Jesus Christ. We offer a range of different worship opportunities, we are open daily for visiting and private prayer, and – not least through the adjacent Boniface Centre – we seek to serve the whole of our local community. Over 100 years ago a former Archbishop of Canterbury described Church as ‘ the only society which exists for the benefit of those who are not its members’ and that is something we take to heart. We hope you will take time to investigate all Holy Cross has to offer and enjoy the site! Even better, do come along and introduce yourselves to any of the team here – clergy and lay members.

Crediton's Treasure
The church will be open to display its treasures from 10.00am - 5.00pm Friday and Saturday, 11.00am - 5.00pm on Sunday. The exhibitions will be highlighted with flowers.
Enjoy a cream tea in the nearby Boniface Centre Café where light refreshments of coffee/tea/sandwiches/ cakes/cream teas will be served from 10am - 4pm on 31 May and 1 June and from 2pm - 4pm on 2 June.
